The new Korean-made Vuemate SE1 detector includes the most advanced DSM and DDD (Driver State Monitor and Driver Drowsiness Detection) technology.
This model is the result of the evolution of the previous DL330 model, widely implemented by fleets around the world.
Vuemate fatigue, sleep and drowsiness monitors are pioneers in the global market. They allow monitoring drivers through a camera focused on their face and connected to the centralized artificial vision system, with the aim of detecting distractions and drowsiness. The DSM analyzes the driver’s level of attention, and the DDD detects drowsiness by alerting in case of tiredness, sleep or distractions through acoustic and visual signals.
DSM and DDD systems are designed to prevent accidents related to distractions, fatigue or drowsiness. Studies in this field show that its use could reduce fatalities by 5%, and accidents with victims by 3%.
It is already equipped as standard by 23% of new vehicles and, soon, European regulations will require its installation in all commercial and passenger vehicles in Europe.

The Vuemate SE1 device constantly monitors all facial gestures. Through a complex facial recognition algorithm, it detects when signs of tiredness, sleep or distractions are occurring, even using sunglasses or at night. Simple and effective, it immediately detects danger by warning with powerful audible alerts and LED lights.
With the GPS accessory, the operation can be linked to the speed. In this instance, the Vuemate SE1 drowsiness detector becomes more accurate by practically minimizing false alerts in city-driving since there is a variable coupling of the device to the speed of the vehicle.
